Terms of Use
1. Agreement
HEFT is made by Amrudin Catic, an independent developer based in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("we", "us", "the developer"). By downloading or playing HEFT, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use HEFT
HEFT is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, do not use the app.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use HEFT on devices you own or control, for personal entertainment only. This license is subject to Apple's App Store Terms or Google Play's Terms of Service, whichever applies to your platform.
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where the law expressly permits; redistribute, rent, or resell it; or use it for any commercial purpose beyond personal play.
4. Price
HEFT is free and ad-supported · every mission, material, and mode is unlocked for everyone, with nothing locked behind payment. There is one optional non-consumable in-app purchase, "Remove Ads", which removes advertising as a convenience and grants no gameplay advantage. The app is otherwise supported by advertising (see §6).
5. Acceptable use
You may not use HEFT in any way that:
- Violates applicable law.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, a platform's systems, or another user's data.
- Modifies, interferes with, or circumvents the app's behavior or platform protections, including to manipulate leaderboards or achievements.
6. Advertising
HEFT is free and ad-supported. It shows interstitial ads served by Google AdMob, plus an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch to take back a fallen tower. Whether ads are personalized respects your iOS App Tracking Transparency answer (or the Android UMP equivalent). A one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is available if you prefer to remove advertising; this purchase and any restore are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. 7. Intellectual property
HEFT · including its name, code, artwork, design system, and original music (composed by Amrudin Catic) · is owned by the developer and protected by law. These terms grant you a license to play, not any ownership. You may capture and share your own gameplay for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Third-party services
HEFT relies on services run by Apple, Google, Google AdMob, and Google Firebase, and on platform features such as Game Center and Google Play Games. Your use of those parts is also governed by the relevant provider's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Disclaimers
HEFT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Because HEFT is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11. Termination
You may stop using HEFT at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or end your access if you materially violate these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region whose law grants you mandatory protections, you keep the protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country; nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will surface in-app on the next launch. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
